Happy New Year's Eve~

New Year's Eve to all!


As our year winds down and a new one begins we will all be taking inventory of our lives and making resolutions about our health, our finances, our families, and hopefully our spiritual health too.

It is the perfect time for do-overs and fresh starts, and maybe you are looking forward to a brighter day ahead. I sure am.

For me there is no better way to end or begin a new chapter than through prayer. Why? you ask. Because, dear people, prayer opens up a channel through which God's power and love flows mightily into the situation being prayed about. In what area of your life do you need to see a mega dose of God's power at work? Don't just stand there. Give God something to work with by opening up that channel through prayer. CHOP CHOP!!!

PRAYER:
Dear Lord, You have been faithful. Here we all are, alive and well, and ready for the task at hand. This was a year where we all learned more about You and the importance of taking a moment each day to talk to You, and You answered us in mighty ways. We move confidently into 2013 knowing that with You by our side, we and our families will be blessed. And thank You that You never let go--even when we squirm. In Jesus' name, AMEN~
